This is an advanced course for professionals in education or counselling. It is suited to child care practitioners who find themselves working with children in a counselling or support context. It is also designed to meet the needs of experienced counsellors who require CPD training in this specialised area. Module 1: Counselling Children: An Introduction

Students have up to 12 months to complete this course, allowing them to work through the modules at their own pace. On average, however, it takes students around 10 months to complete the course, based on 3 – 4 hours study time per week. Students can also purchase an extra 12 months of tutor support for just £20 if required.

Tutor Support

You are assigned a personal tutor when you first enrol on the course who will work with you throughout your studies. Tutor support is by email or instant chat.
