Stress Management
A good choice for students and help in their creative work. Reactive paper service will help you with this.
Stress takes a heavy toll on UK businesses, costing many lost days work each year and reduced efficiency. In 2007/08 the HSE noted that there were:
~ 237 000 new cases of work related stress, depression or anxiety reported in the previous 12 months;
~ each case of stress related ill health leads to an average of 30 days off work.
Over the last three years the problem has become more serious with the general business climate placing extra pressure on businesses and employees alike.
This course is designed for managers and supervisors whose role involves both preventing negative stress and supporting staff when it does occur.
